Title: Manufacturing Associate IDepartment: Manufacturing
Job Summary: Perform various tasks in the Manufacturing Department. Responsibilities include: cell banking, cell culture, aseptic filling, cleaning of process equipment, assistance with validation activities, operating bioreactors as well as other manufacturing and purification equipment as well as other related duties.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Life Sciences or the equivalent combination of education and experience required. Typically, 1 to 5 years related experience also required. Additional requirements include mechanical ability/expertise, basic understanding of equipment and processes, and basic statistical mathematical skills. Candidates should be able to interpret and apply GMP knowledge, understand analytical methods for manufacturing areas, and demonstrate technical writing capability. Some shift work may be required.
